From July 3rd  to 10th, the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Hanoi University of Science and Technology gladly welcomed Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi from l’Institute Argo Dijon, France for her visit within the framework of cooperation between the two universities.

Practical work on biofilm (ELITECH)

During this visit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chi presented her series of lectures and laboratory practical techniques on Food Microbiology for ElITECH students (Course 65) and on Trends in Food Technology, Cheese Technology for Dairy Technology class students. All students had a very good chance to learn and experience many worldwide cheese products with the world’s leading cheese company and technology from France.

This series of lectures in technology and practical techniques is a very good opportunity for students and lecturers from the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Hanoi University of Science and Technology to obtain up-to-date knowledge from Europe and improve their practical skills, experiments as well as their expertise in the field.
