  • Technology, equipment, R&D of food products;
  • Application of blockchain, AI, machine learning in identification, traceability, and construction of food supply chains;
  • Research on technological solutions, application digital transformation in the agriculture in order to increase the added value of agricultural products;
  • Apply automation to improve production efficiency in chemistry, food and biological technology;
  • Kinetic simulation of biological & food processes.
