INFRASTRUCTURE
The School of Biotechnology and Food Technology has a total area of 2500 m2 dedicated for research and development activities (7 laboratories and 3 pilot plants) including:

Food Quality Analysis Laboratory

Food – Bioprocesses and Equipment Laboratory
Fruit and Vegetable Processing Pilot Plant
Milk and Dairy Product Processing Pilot Plant
Fermentation and Downstream Processing Pilot Plant
Laboratories and pilot plants allow training in association with scientific research, research and development of technical solutions, product development, as well as testing new technologies at a pilot scale.
