5K message against Covid

5K MESSAGE: GUIDANCE TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19

Dear University employees, students, and visitors

We are facing the spreading of COVID-19 in the community. To ensure the effectiveness of disease prevention and to adapt to the current situation, the Board of Directors suggested that all officials, employees, students, BK- Holdings, and visitors drastically implemented the “5K Message” as follows:

1. Masks (Khau trang):
– Wear masks on the entire campus
– Security officials at the gates will remind you to wear a mask when entering campus.

2. Disinfection (Khu khuan):
– Bach Khoa Medical Center conducts disinfection at the required areas
– Facilities Office arranges and adds disinfectant solutions to non-contact equipment in working areas.

3. No group gathering (Khong tap trung):
– All classes are open according to the study plan, graduation thesis defenses that were scheduled in week 22 (from February 1 to February 6, 2021) are postponed until further notice
– Cancel all travel plans to and from epidemic-affected areas
– Cancel all non-essential meetings, essential meetings will only be held with the consent of the President

4. Distance (Khoang cach):
– Students who have traveled to and through the epidemic-affected areas within the past 14 days will stay in their places of residence and register for exam postponement via two e-mail addresses: thanh.tranthi@hust.edu.vn and tung.nguyenxuan@hust.edu.vn
– Employees who have traveled to and through epidemic-affected areas within the past 14 days will self-isolate at home

5. Medical declaration (Khai bao y te):
– Employees and students who have traveled to and through epidemic-affected areas shall declare personal medical information using the following form: https://bit.ly/3abMaod
– Actively monitor daily health status, if there are any signs of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, they should stay in their places of residence, immediately contact Bach Khoa Medical Center or the nearest medical center for advice and notify the University at the hotline: 02438692400.
