Research interests

  • Research on technical dry of food agricultural products, methods of food preservation.
  • Research on the process – equipment on dry, heat, mass transfer and refrigeration.
  • Research on food processing lines

  • 2017: Research on technological parameters in the process of drying sliced ​​mango to shrinkage – deformation of the product, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
  • 2014: Research the moist separation process from the food service membrane poor heat resistance (juice, …) under the action of dry air at normal pressure and low temperatures conditions, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
